Holly Auld - Managing Director
I lead Little Poppins with a passion for connecting families with trusted, caring professionals who make home life easier, and help children thrive in their home environments. As a mum of three - including 10-year-old twin boys and a lively 4-year-old daughter - I understand the joys and challenges of family life firsthand.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me (and my husband!) coordinating our children’s sports and social schedules, keeping our family life running smoothly — and always full of energy.
Ali Soininen - HR & Recruitment Coordinator
With over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, I have a genuine passion for people and culture. I love supporting our team and creating a positive, respectful workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. At Little Poppins, I enjoy connecting with professionals who share a commitment to quality, care, and meaningful connections, providing tailored placements and support every step of the way.
I’m also a proud mum to two energetic boys, aged 12 and 8, who keep life busy, joyful, and never dull. While I sometimes joke that I’m not very exciting outside of work, most of my spare time is happily spent on the sidelines — cheering them on at sporting activities or soaking up the atmosphere at AFL games at Adelaide Oval.
Talei Hancox-Macleod - Support Coordinator
As a mum to a bright and busy 4-year-old, I understand the importance of balancing work and family life. I joined Little Poppins when my daughter was six months old, and what began as casual work quickly became a passion for supporting families.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast, I love helping connect families with caring, reliable professionals who make home life easier and help children thrive.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my family, keeping up with our daughter and her endless curiosity and energy.

As the newest member of the Little Poppins team — and someone new to the child care industry — I’m excited to bring a fresh perspective and a genuine passion for supporting families.
I’m a mum to two little ones: a bright 4-year-old girl and an adventurous 2-year-old boy. Together with my husband, I’m navigating the wonderful (and sometimes chaotic!) journey of parenthood. I love spending time with my family, but I also understand the importance of carving out a little “me time” to recharge.
I’m thrilled to be part of a team that values care, connection, and balance, both for families and for ourselves.
